I’m doing the release day happy dance for Strange Sabbats today, especially since this novella represents a few firsts for me. Which says something about me as an author right there. I love doing new things when I write. My goal’s always to keep my work fresh, interesting, and challenging. Boredom and I just don’t mix.
Strange Sabbats tells three intertwining stories, following the lives of three witches and their lovers, and the second plot line focuses on Bryan and Dallas. I’ve included explicit m/m scenes in my ménage stories in the past, and I thoroughly enjoyed taking the next step and writing Bryan and Dallas’s m/m erotic romance.
One of my favorite scenes in Bryan and Dallas’s story involves a vision of the Green Man and the Horned God. This scene was written with a mix of mirth and reverence, as it involves deities dear to my pagan heart. And yes, writing an m/m erotic scene between gods represents another delightful first for me.
Then there’s Sylvie and Ty’s story, and their scorching f/f/m ménage with one of Ty’s friends. To date, my ménage scenes have been either m/f/m or m/m/f, so I had a lot of fun upping the heat with yet another sexy combination of lovers.
As for my lead story in the novella, Aileen and Jon, let’s just say I introduce some magical kink that really got my creative juices flowing. Now here’s the blurb for my latest story about lusty witches:
